Our Pin type transformers are designed and made of low power consumption high-quality silicon steel sheet. They have advantages of low no-load loss, high efficiency, low temperature rise, etc. They can have different mounting types: lead-wire type, rack type, plug-in type, etc. They find wide applications in air conditioner, microwave oven, intelligent refrigerator, washing machine, multimedia audio equipment and other electrical appliances. The input voltage of our PCB mountable  transformers can be different to meet requirements of various regions: AC380V-240V-230V-220V-120V-110V-100V. Special designs are also available to meet customers’ requirements.

Tests Conducted:
• During manufacturing all components as well as raw materials used undergo extensive testing at our labs
• Special test like heat run is conducted on the prototype of every lot

Some other tests outsourced to reputed agencies include:
• H V Test
• Short circuit test
• No Load and on load current and voltages
